Section 27
Sub-committees can be formed
(1) The Government of Nepal or the Council may form necessary sub-committees to fulfill the purpose of this Act.
(2) The work, duties, rights and procedures of the sub-committees constituted under sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal or the Council.
